 Abstract:

This project entitiled  as “ RESORT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM” has developed in client/ server architecture. Where Visual Basic (6.0)as its frontend a powerful   RDBMS and its backend as MS-Access (7.0). Which was built in windows (98).It is windows based package . This project consist of several modules they are booking module, expense module, discharge module, history module and restaurant module. All the transactions in   this modules are stored in ms-access tables. With the help of report section several useful and necessary  reports are generated. Some of the reports are in the room bill,   expense bill, restaurant food bill, collection details,  rooming status details etc.With the help of reservation form the customer can able to book in advance also he may cancel with the help of cancellation form. This package is very user friendly since room rent calculations, tax calculations, and expense calculations. Room status updations, are done automatically by the   system furthur this package is very simple to operate and it forces the user in right direction

Manufacturers and trade resellers can both benefit from a thorough solution, where single transaction entry records necessary details on the customer, products purchased, price, and date while also updating inventory levels. Using computerized sales and inventory systems allows for much greater accuracy in stocking and product management. They encourage ease of interaction between employees and shoppers as transactions are processed and items move from the business to the consumer. Computerized sales help provide better insight into which products are most popular. It also allows for enhanced marketing, stocking, and oversight of critical sales objectives.

 Abstract:

This system will have a login page from where its user can access it. This page will provide a login for the admin, working staff members, and the students. Staff member’s accounts will be managed by the admin. To access the library resources students have to register by using their registration number, email address, phone number, class roll number, and password. After successful registration, they will be provided the login facility. Students can search books by using book ISBN number or by author name or by the title of the book along with author name. After completion of this process, students will be provided with book details such as where it is located by using location numbers and by their row and column number. If any student has lost their book, then this should be informed to library working staff members where they can make changes to their account and take appropriate actions such as fine. Admin will be able to add staffs, delete staffs, add students, delete students, add books, manage account details, schedule working time table, etc.

   Abstract:

Flat Management and Allocation System is going to develop in Visual Basic and My-SQL in Client-Server Architecture. This is Window based package, which is able to run in Windows Operating System. The main purpose of this project is to help the big organizations which have many branches across the country and the employees are keep moving from one branch to another branch. Many Banks, Indian Railway companies provide accommodation to their employees where they can stay with family.   It is a very difficult task to keep track of the flat details, like present occupant details, who are requested for new flats, which are the flats are free and their type, etc. To make these tasks easy this application is developed. This package consists of Block Module, Flat type module, Flat Module, Designation Module, Employee module, Flat occupant details module, Flat vacating process module, Flat Request Module, Flat Allocation module, Reports module. With the help of report section, this package produces a various report like employees details, flat details block-wise, current occupant details, flat request details, etc.

   Abstract:

This service follow-up system mainly aims at the service-oriented organization in which the service engineer has to visit the customer’s place and do the service – There. This project is Suitable for organizations like computer servicing, fridge, washing machine, electronic goods servicing, etc…..This project contains the following modules all the product details – category wise, customer details, employee details, and fault details. The above-said modules are master modules. when a customer makes a call or gives a complaint or request for service these details are registered in the call registered module. the service engineer has to check the registered call and he has to attend the service and then he will feed the details in call attended details modules like whether the service is completed or pending and the what are the problems he faced and rectified for the products.
